Interface class ITrackingVolumeHelper tools, it inherits from IAlgTool.
The ITrackingVolumeHelper is a tool to pack a set of layers into a volume, or - to wrap several volumes into a container volume.
TrackingVolumes only exist as std::shared_ptr
Subclassed by Acts::CylinderVolumeHelper
