Set the Calibration Context PLUGIN. Convenience functions to ease creation of and Acts::InterpolatedMaterialMap and to avoid code duplication. Set the Mangetic Field Context PLUGIN. Convenience functions to ease creation of and Acts::InterpolatedBFieldMap and to avoid code duplication. Currently implemented for the two most common formats: rz and xyz.
